The hotel has a great location, close to the center with easy access to taxis and restaurants. The cleanliness of the room stood out, and the oversized bathtub was a pleasant surprise. However, communication with staff was frustrating. ordering food through room service didn't go smoothly, and I received items I didn't specifically ask for. I also faced a delay in getting extra towels upon request. Additionally, the pool was a bit too cold for my child to enjoy. Despite these issues, the stay had its highlights, like the comfortable beds and air conditioning.

The oversized bath tub in our Master Suite was unexpectedly fabulous! We loved relaxing on the private balcony after a long day of exploring. The easy access to nearby restaurants made dining out a breeze.

Family with children a great option
The room was spacious and clean! We had a blast using the pool after a long day of exploring. The staff was really nice, especially at the restaurant-they even helped us out when we needed a late check-out! The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, especially the chilaquiles, wow.
